Ingredients

  • 3 small avocados (about 1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a blender. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy on tacos, burritos, quesadillas and pretty much anywhere you use sour cream!
