Making a Cookies and Cream Pizookie at home is a piece of cake! And it’s so fun to make if you have company or just want to have a special ending to a meal any old day. Top them with vanilla ice cream or get wild and use cookies and cream ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick), softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped Oreo’s
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • Sea salt, optional
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. 
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use an electric mixer (on high) to beat butter and sugar until creamy. 
  3. Add the egg and vanilla and beat again until combined. 
  4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and beat, starting on low, until fully combined. Stir in Oreo and chocolate chunks. 
  5. Grease mini skillets (4-5 inch) with butter and add about 3/4 cup of cookie dough to each pan. Press it down to flatten it a little and bake for 9-11 minutes. 
  6. Top with sea salt and vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
