Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup ginger root (peeled and sliced )
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add water and sliced ginger to a pot over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes.
