Chocolate Popsicles with creamy greek yogurt, sweet maraschino cherries and rich chocolate. Perfect for when you need a cool treat but still want something indulgent!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups maraschino cherries (chopped )
  • 1 tbsp maraschino juice
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 5.3 oz greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle mold. This will make 8 pops if using the mold I linked to above.
  3. NOTE: a lot of cherry pieces will end up at the bottom of the bowl. Go back the the first popsicles you poured and distribute cherry pieces (with a spoon) once you reach the bottom of the bowl.
  4. Place in freezer for at least 6 hours.
  5. To remove from mold, remove lid and run each individual mold under warm water and gently wiggle and pull until the popsicle slides out.
  6. Enjoy!
