Sticky little jewels bursting with sweet and tart flavor! Delicious as a snack, in salads, cakes and in savory dishes too!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup kumquats (sliced in 1/4 in pieces )
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Slice kumquats into 1/4 pieces picking out the seeds as you go. Toss on a baking sheet with olive and salt until coated.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
  5. Enjoy!
