Make a delicious iced oat milk latte at home! Sweetened naturally with maple syrup and creamy oat milk. So good!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup
  • ice
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. These directions for brewing coffee are for a French press, you can brew a extra strong cup of coffee using another method if you like.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of ground coffee to a French press. Pour boiling water onto grounds just until moistened, wait 30 seconds, then add remaining boiling water. Steep for 4 minutes. Add coffee to a glass. See note*

  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the coffee and whisk to combine. A mini whisk works great for this. Add vanilla bean paste and a pinch of sea salt if desired.

  4. Add 1/3 cup of oat milk, or your desired amount.

Notes

*This will yield a large latte, you could also divide the mixture evenly between two glasses for two smallish lattes.
