Brownies get the matcha treatment! Swap the regular chocolate for white chocolate, add matcha and voila, you get these chewy matcha brownies!

1/2cup unsalted butter (melted)
4oz white chocolate (about 3/4 cup)
3 tbsp matcha green tea powder
1 1/4cup sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free all-purpose blend
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in the microwave. Once fully melted, add the white chocolate chips. Whisk until melted, then whisk in matcha.
Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat on high with an electric hand mixer until thick and creamy. This will take about 6-10 minutes.
Whisk in the matcha mixture, then fold in the flour.
Use a rubber spatula to scrape the matcha brownie batter into an 8×8 baking pan (either line the pan with parchment or spray with non-stick spray.
Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs attached.
Allow to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
