1 15oz can plus 1/3 cup coconut milk
1cup orange juice
1/3cup maple syrup
Instructions
Soak 10 popsicles sticks in water 1 hour before making popsicles.
Place the cans of coconut milk in the mixing bowl and let hot water from sink run over them for a couple of minutes to smooth out the coconut cream that may have solidified.
Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl and whisk well.
Pour the mixture into each mold. Put the lid on, then place a popsicle stick in each slot. Freeze for 30 minutes, then straighten out the popsicle sticks. Freeze 5 1/2 hours more.
Run popsicle mold under lukewarm water and gently tug on the popsicle stick until the popsicle slides out. Enjoy!
