Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, plus more for topping if desired
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a large bowl, blend creamy peanut butter and honey until fully combined.peanut butter and honey mixed
  3. Add egg and vanilla and stir to combine.
  4. Add oats, oat flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips.dry ingredients added to peanut butter and honey mixture
