Simple and kinda healthyish treat you can probably make right now!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, plus more for topping
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a large bowl, blend creamy peanut butter and honey until fully combined.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and stir to combine. Add oats, oat flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Spread onto prepared, rimmed 9 x 13 baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

While I do think that you could try this recipe with a more natural peanut butter with no added sugar, I haven’t tried that yet, so no guarantees unless you use a more processed PB like I did.
