Quick and easy sheet pan nachos loaded with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 15 oz can black or pinto beans

Suggested toppings

  • cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • pickled onions
  • black olives (sliced)
  • tomatoes (chopped)
  • cilantro
  • avocado (sliced or mashed)
  • sour cream
  • cilantro
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Heat a large cast-iron or non-stick skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. When the meat is close to done, add the beans and all seasonings and cook until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
  3. Spread chips out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese, meat and beans*, olives and bake for about 10 minutes. Top with remaining toppings and enjoy!
