Strawberry Cold Foam Recipe

Ahh strawberry cold foam! In this post, I’ll show you how to make a delicious strawberry cold foam to top your matcha and coffee lattes like a pro!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For one serving of cold foam

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2-3 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry syrup

  • 8 oz strawberries, washed, hulled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized pot, combine strawberries, sugar and water. Cook until a gentle boil is reached. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Use a potato masher or fork to smash the strawberries. Remove from heat. strawberry puree syrup in a pot before being strained
  2. Strain the strawberry mixture through a mesh sieve into a small jar. strawberry puree syrup being strained through a mesh sieve
  3. Make the cold foam – in a jar or liquid measuring cup, combine strawberry syrup, heavy cream and vanilla. strawberry syrup being added to heavy cream
  4. Use handheld milk frother to beat until thickened. heavy cream and strawberry being beat with a milk frother
  5. Top iced coffee or iced matcha latte and enjoy!
