Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar, shake vigorously and refrigerate for 2 hours before using.
