1/3cup plus 2tbsp oat milk
2 dates (pitted)
1 Trader Joe's Acai packet
2/3cup frozen strawberries
2/3cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
handful of fresh spinach (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients (liquid first) into the blender and blend until smooth. The mixture will be very thick and you may need to stir the mixture a couple of times.
