Blueberry Latte
This blueberry latte is a fun twist on your everyday iced coffee — lightly sweet, fruity, and fun! It’s made with homemade blueberry syrup, espresso (or strong coffee), and milk, and it comes together in just a few minutes.

If you love coffee shop drinks but don’t love the price tag, this is an easy one to make at home. The blueberry flavor is subtle but special, and it pairs perfectly with creamy milk and bold coffee.
I personally think an iced drink makes the most sense for a blueberry latte, but you can certainly make it hot if you wish. Let’s make it!
I lOvE getting a coffee from coffee shops, but it seems like every time I do, my drink inches closer and closer to $10. So, I’ve been going out for coffee less and less and leaning in to making fun drinks at home! It really isn’t hard and you have total control over your drink.

Ingredient notes

blueberry syrup – this is SO easy to make yourself. All you need is blueberries, sugar and water.
cold brew concentrate or 1-2 shots of espresso – I have plans to get a boka pot and learn how to make a proper shot eventually… but honestly super strong coffee in the french press works OR cold brew concentrate works just fine too.
milk – whole milk is classic in a latte but you can use whatever milk you like. Oat milk is my favorite plant-based milk for a latte.
ice – lots of it!
