Boursin Mac & Cheese
This creamy Boursin mac and cheese is rich, garlicky, and ready in 20 minutes or less. The perfect easy dinner or comforting side dish!

- 8 oz dry macaroni pasta
- 5.3 oz package garlic & herb Boursin cheese
Instructions
- Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Before draining the pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Add the Boursin cheese to the pot with the pasta and about half of the water. Stir gently until Boursin is completely melted. Add more water if necessary. Enjoy!
