Ingredients in chamomile syrup
- Chamomile tea bags – pick one you like drinking!
- Sugar
- Water
How to make chamomile syrup
Steep one very strong cup of chamomile tea. Steep 4 tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes.
Once tea is steeped, combine tea and sugar in a small pot. Stir and cook over medium heat until boiling.
Let syrup gently boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Allow syrup to cool, then transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

- 4 chamomile tea bags

Instructions
