Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 10 oz bag dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup pretzels twists or rods, (broken into smaller pieces)
  • 1/2 cup salted popcorn, (I used skinny pop)
  • 2 tbsp halloween sprinkles
  • sea salt (optional)
  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute intervals until melted.
  3. Stir the mixture well, then add peanuts, pretzel pieces, sprinkles and popcorn.

  4. Spread the mixture into the pan evenly and top with extra peanuts, pretzels and popcorn. I don't recommend topping with popcorn as it will get stale being exposed to the air for a long period of time.

  5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set.
